Miami Dolphins Fire Mike McDaniel

PORT SAINT LUCIE, Florida (FLAN 35)- Earlier in the season the Miami Dolphins decided to move on from Tua Tagovailoa as starting quarterback, and now they have decided to move on from Mike McDaniel from head coach.

When McDaniel first joined in 2022, the team looked very promising. The Dolphin's had created a new identity.

Mike McDaniel had a record of 35-33 as the Dolphins head coach as well as an 0-2 playoff record.

Despite what might have seemed unsuccessful, may have been a right step into the future.

I understand the idea was to "win now," and even though that did not happen, these were the most fun seasons to watch since the 2008 team that employed the Wildcat Offense.

The Dolphins will be shopping for a new head coach and starting quarterback for the upcoming season.

We will keep you up-to-date as the search for a starting quarterback and Head Coach progresses for the Dolphins.
