Mexico is a literal warzone at the moment. Claudia Sheinbaum, president of Mexico, claims that all 250 cartel related roadblocks have been cleared.  All restrictions related to cartel violence for United States citizens has been lifted. Why does this matter?  This is money that the taxpayers are paying in order to help a foreign nation over progressing the county. One billion dollars is a lot of money for anything, and we spend it helping a foreign country.
