Film Florida Sets December 11–12 Quarterly Meeting in Orlando

ORLANDO, Florida (FLAN 35) — Film Florida is heading back to Orlando for its next Quarterly Meeting, scheduled for December 11–12, 2025. The two-day gathering brings together members from across the state’s film, TV, and digital media sectors, with both in-person and virtual options available.

All meetings will take place at Eola View (150 E. Central Blvd.), with the host hotel set at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando Downtown, just a short three-minute walk from the venue.

Community Focus

Attendees are encouraged to bring an unwrapped toy or gift for a holiday donation drive benefiting a Central Florida organization. Film Florida will also hold a 50/50 raffle throughout the event, with proceeds supporting the Film Florida Grant and Scholarship Fund. Tickets are $5 each or five for $20, and you don’t have to be present to win.
